Alessandro Nasi

Alessandro Nasi is an experienced international business leader and fifth generation member of the Agnelli family, original founders of Fiat and multi-business family owners.

He is Non-Executive Director of EXOR NV the holding company of the Italian Agnelli family. He is also a member of the Boards of KIRKBI A/S, IVECO Group NV, CNH Industrial NV and IIT (Italian Institute of Technology). He is Chairman of GVS SpA, Iveco Defence, Astra and Comau and Director of CNH Industrial and Iveco Group.

Nasi has a background in Economics and began his career in investment banking and private equity in Europe and the US. He has since held various executive leadership roles within the Fiat Group as well as CNH Industrial.
